In the rotating cavity with radial inlet and axial outflow, the fluid velocity tangential component and total pressure losses increased under the influence of the Wander. The numerical investigation on losses characteristics was lack of verification. The pressure losses characteristics of the rotating cavity with radial inlet and axial outflow were investigated by testing method. The rotating cavity inlet and outlet total pressure under different operational state were tested, the influence of non-dimensional mass flow rate and rotating Reynolds number on rotating cavity with a Radial Inflow were analyzed. The results show that total pressure losses of the rotating cavity increases with the rotating Reynolds number. The total pressure losses increase with the flow coefficient at the lower rotating Reynolds number, and first decrease and then increase with the increases of the flow coefficient at the higher rotating Reynolds number.
