摘要
Recently, Cs4PbBr6 has received much attention due to its potential remarkable green emission ability. Different from previous reports which usually synthesized Cs4PbBr6 in the forms of colloidal nanocrystals, powder or bulk crystal, here we proposed a facile method of growing highly-luminescent Cs4PbBr6 microcrystals on substrate. The obtained sample shown high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of about 48.9%. Through adjusting the growth condition, hexagonal and novel flower-like highly-luminescent Cs4PbBr6 microcrystals can be obtained. This kind of one-step synthesis of highly-luminescent Cs4PbBr6 microcrystals with ultra-high PLQY could be applied in the related integrated photonics and optoelectronic devices.
