摘要
The state of the urban road network is the basis of traffic control and traffic guidance. In this article, an evaluation algorithm of the urban road network under the Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System is proposed. First, the road network is modeled based on a binary-directed weighted network. Second, three indicators of the modeled road network are calculated. Finally, the change regularity of the road network is analyzed based on the evaluation results of the three indicators. The experiments show that the results gained through this algorithm can be a meaningful output for the traffic management center to use to validate the control and management level of the road-traffic system.
