Adsorption of nickel (II) ions on two carbon adsorbents from aqueous solutions is studied. The maximum adsorption is observed in an alkaline environment. Adsorption isotherms on original and modified adsorbents under stationary conditions and different temperatures are obtained. The increase in the adsorption with an increase in temperature indicates the endothermic character of the process. Thermodynamic parameters of the adsorption are determined.
