Construction of a cell-surface display system based on the N-terminal domain of ice nucleation protein and its application in identification of mycoplasma adhesion proteins

This is the first construction of surface display system which could be used to identify the adhesion proteins of mycoplasma. The method developed in this study can even be used to select and identify the adhesion proteins of other pathogens.
