摘要
Photocatalytic technology, recognized for its environmentally friendly nature and efficient utilization of solar energy, has emerged as a promising method for addressing water pollution. In recent years, layered double hydroxides (LDHs) and biochar composites have gained significant attention in water treatment applications. LDHs exhibit excellent tunable structures and photocatalytic properties, while biochar is characterized by its abundant porous structure and high adsorption capacity. The combination of LDHs with biochar not only enhances photocatalytic performance but also significantly improves electron transfer and the degradation efficiency of organic pollutants. This paper systematically reviews the research progress on LDH-biochar composites in the photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants, analyzing their degradation mechanisms, influencing factors, and future application prospects. Studies have shown that LDH-biochar composites demonstrate remarkable catalytic effects in the degradation of organic pollutants, such as dyes, pharmaceutical contaminants, and pesticide residues, and also hold significant potential for CO2 conversion applications.
