摘要
Abstract The aim of this investigation was to research physical and mechanical properties a carbonitride zirconium ceramics with addition of nanoparticles zirconium dioxide which were sintered by hot pressing at a temperature of 2000°C, at a pressure of 30 MPa, with an exposure of 15 min. As a result of influence a zirconium dioxide has been achieved an increase a mechanical and physical properties of investigated ceramics. With this addition was achieved a maximum hardness among studied ceramics—2527 HV, observed a decrease in its density and porosity, as well as an increase in the elastic modulus to a value of 767 GPa. At the same time, the value of the critical stress intensity coefficient exceeded 6 MPa m1/2.
