Research on Piezoelectric Ceramic for Ultrasonic Motor

A work principle of ultrasonic motor and request with the property of piezoelectric ceramics is simply introduced in this paper, then analyses three kinds of the piezoelectric ceramics material to the influence of ultrasonic motor performance too.We have made sure proprety of piezoelectric ceramics material to used for the ultrasonic motor. As well, the processing to piezoelectric ceramics material has been studied.
