Study on Miniaturization Multistage Depressed Collectors' Assembly of Ceramic Sealable Leading Wire

Ceramic sealable leading wire(CSLW) is one of the important parts of multistage depressed collectors(MDC).It is also an assembly which can be easily ignored.MDC are very important for mini-TWT design at present.Miniaturization CSLW is effect on the MDC's miniaturization.This paper studies on the miniaturization MDC's assembly of CSLW.
