The Research on Xianglei Honeysuckle's Best Picking-up Time and Dehydrating Method

Objective To identify Xianglei honeysuckles best picking-up time and dehydrating method.Methods Test the content of chlorogenic acid in buds of honeysuckle utilizing HPLC.Results With growth of buds,the content of chlorogenic acid decreases,the content of chlorogenic acid reaches the maximum in those honeysuckle picked in early morning,also,after different dehydrating methods,the content of chlorogenic acid in buds varies a lot,manully fried buds contain the biggest amount of chlorogenic acid while directly fried ones contain the smallest.Conclusion:The best time for picking-up honeysuckle is about June 27th,especially in early morning,and the best dehydrating method is ShaQing Dehydrating.
