Objective: To analyze the role of IL-6, IL-8 in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, and summarizes its clinical value. Methods: To analyze clinical material of 30 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection patients from January 2009 to January 2011, to examine IL-6, the IL-8 content level with ELISA, and carries on the comparative analysis with 30 example healthy child's examination result. Results: The levels of IL-8, IL-6 of the observation group were significantly higher than normal healthy children group (P0.05). Conclusions: IL-6, IL-8 can reflect dynamic change of pneumonia mycoplasma infection, may take as a reference for the diagnosis and treatment.
