Research on Environmental Impact Assessment of Urban Transport Planning

This paper analyzes the insufficiency of EIA(Environmental Impact Assessment), and brings SEA (Strategic Environmental Assessment) into urban transport planning environmental assessment with the sustainable development ; Then it studies the theories and practices of transport planning SEA from home and overseas, and puts forward some suggestions for urban transport planning SEA of our country in the future.
