THERMO DECOMPOSITION BEHAVIOR OF TYPICAL BLOWING AGENTS OF ENDOTHERMIC EXOTHERMIC AND ENDO EXOTHERMIC

The decomposition behaviors of blowing agents AC,EXOCEROL 232 and HYDROCEROL BIH were studied with the device which was designed and instealled by ourselves to measure the volume of gas give out from blowing agents and DSC. The effects of foam aid agents on the decomposition of blowing agents were also investigated. The comparison of the kinetics and thermodynamics of decomposition among the three kinds of blowing agents were studied. The data and the results are valuable to the flowing research the theoretic basic of producing low foamed polymers. The endo exothermic blowing agent has merits in both endothermic and exothermic blowing agents at the same time.
