Application Noninvasive Ventilation to Treatment 35 Cases of COPT

Objective To evaluate the application of noninvasive ventilation to treat COPD patients.Methods 30 cases of COPD were selected through blood-gas analysis as the subjects.Besides standard treatments the subjects were treated with noninvasive ventilation.At the same time, the values of breath rate, plama pH, PaO2,PaCO2, HCO3 were tested before and after noninvasive ventilation.Results 26 cases ofter treat All the indexes of the blood-gas changed remarkably after performing noninvasive ventilation treatment, 4 cases Application ninvasive Ventilation.Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation treatment is definitely valuable for COPD patients respiratory failure.But if the patient' s condition fails to improved, intabution and mechnical ventilation is indicated.
