Study on the Yield and Quality of the Polyploid Saposhnikovia divaricata

Objective To study on the yield and quality for the newly specie of the Polyploid Saposhnikovia divaricata.Methods Collecting samples of polyploid and diploid in one-year-old growth and twoyear-old growth,respectively;determined contents by HPLC,with 4 kinds of chromes of the Polyploid Saposhnikovia divaricata as a marker.Results The content of one-year-old polyploid is less 16.5~24.0% than that of diploid,while the content is bigger in two-year-old than in one-year-old,and its yield is higher 18.1% than that of diploid.Conclusion It has spread value for Polyploid Saposhnikovia divaricata could increase the yield and quality.
