Objective:To find the new proteins related to the pathogenesis of Parkinson disease(PD) using the proteomic technique.Methods:The PD model of PC12 cell with MPP+ was established and the total protein were extracted.Protein were isolated and labelled proteins with differential gel electrophoresis(DIGE).Then the levels of proteins were analysed with DeCyder software.Finally the altered proteins were identified with MALDI-TOF MS.Results:Seven proteins were identified by MALDI-TOF MS,which are possibly related to the pathogenesis of PD.Conclusion:MPPs identified in the study could be associated with the pathogenesis of PD.
