摘要
The two necessary conditions of the preparation of super-hydrophobic solid surface including low energy surface and special micro surface roughness were elucidated from the wetting theory of solid surface. The recent progress of fabrication of super-hydrophobic surfaces by electrospinning in different countries was reviewed, and application of super-hydrophobic surfaces was proposed.
