Research Progress of Perfluorooctane Sulfonate and Perfluorooctanoic Acid Accumulation in the Aquatic Environment and Aquatic Organisms

PFOS and PFOA are the 2 most typical forms of perfluorinated compounds, which were detected widely in different environmental media(water, soil, sediments et al) and aquatic organisms, were used widely in the field of industry because of their good chemical and physical properties, so the pollution of PFOS and PFOA has been involved in the world.The pollution status of PFOS and PFOA in aquatic system and their accumulate characteristics in aquatic organisms in vivo were summarized. The main factors affecting the accumulation of aquatic organisms were explored, so as to provided the basis for pollution control of PFCs.
