The epoxidation of propylene catalyzed by TS\|1 synthesized from inorganic titanosilicate system was studied, and the catalytic performances of TS\|1 samples synthesized from inorganic titanosilicate system, by convention method and by the modified method were compared. Effects of stirring, amount of Na\-2CO\-3 solution, reaction time, reaction temperature, amounts of H\-2O\-2, amount of catalyst and solvent on the conversion of H\-2O\-2 and selectivity to propylene oxide were investigated. Regeneration of catalyst synthesized from inorganic titanosilicate system was also investigated. The experimental results show that three samples possess nearly the same high catalytic activity for the epoxidation of propylene. The epoxidation of propylene is greatly affected by reaction conditions: the addition of Na\-2CO\-3 solution and the amount added have significant effect on the selectivity of propylene oxide and the effect of solvent on epoxidation of propylene is also obvious. When methanol is used as the solvent, propylene glycol and its monomethyl ethers are the main by\|products.
