Advances in the Research Methods for the Diversity of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi

The paper describes several methods for the diversity research of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and the widely-used molecular biology techniques during the recent years,reviews the application status of those methods to AMF research,points out that the effective combination of morphological and molecular biology methods could better reveal the diversity and ecological functions of AMF in natural ecosystems.
