摘要
Abstract The homogeneous hydrogenation of CO 2 to value‐added chemicals, such as formic acid and methanol, represents a promising pathway for carbon utilization and renewable energy storage. We have previously investigated the Ru‐catalyzed hydrogenation of CO 2 to formate using a data‐driven approach. In this concept, we present the essential advances in the homogeneous hydrogenation of CO 2 catalyzed by Ru complexes, highlighting the application of descriptors and the potential of an intelligence‐assisted data‐driven approach.
