摘要
Abstract The traditional disease treatment strategies typically encounter low therapeutic efficacy and high side effects originating from toxic drugs or surgeries, necessitating nontoxic approaches. The emerging pancatalytic medicine, rooted in respecting body ecology, offers a nontoxic protocol via catalyst preparation (P), biological effect activation (A), and versatile disease nontoxic‐treatment (N). By precisely delivering catalysts to disease sites, it enables in situ catalytic chemical reactions that specifically target pathological microenvironments, e.g., generating radicals to oxidize cancer cell components or modulating inflammatory mediators, without disrupting the body's ecological balance. This strategy mirrors ecological principles by preserving normal tissue homeostasis, as catalysts only activate therapeutic catalytic reactions at the target locus, minimizing off‐target toxicity. Pancatalytic therapy (PCT) thus embodies a paradigm shift, integrating body ecology to achieve both therapeutic specificity and systemic safety, heralding a revolutionary direction for nontoxic disease therapeutics.
