Al-0.146wt.%Ti alloy foams were prepared by negative pressure infiltration casting method.The effect of experimental factors on the uniformity of Al alloy foam was observed and discussed.It was found that the uniform Al alloy foam could be obtained with the preheat temperature of filler particle of 300 ℃,the casting temperature of molten aluminum of 760 ℃,and filler particle size of 1~3 mm.The corrosion resistant of Al alloy foams with different pore ratios were obtained by full-immersion in simulated seawater tests.The results showed that the corrosion resistance of Al alloy foam decreased significantly with the increasing pore ratios.
