The Supplier Quality Management in Automotive Industry

This paper analysed the supply chain situation of automotive industry, and discussed the supplier quality management from the supplier selection, quality control and dynamic management respectively, so as to improve the efficiency of quality management in automotive industry and make a reference in quality improving and steady quality level.
