Orign of the Complex Standardization

Complex standardization has many characteristics that are differ from the traditional standardization. It is a new method of standardization that contains standardization conception and theory innovation and it has a value of methodology.In this paper,the definition of the complex standardization,the difference of the traditional standardization and complex standardization were elaborated,and the process and the reason for the complex standardization were also described.
