Analysis of the honing of 465Q connecting rod

It presents the main parameters influencing the workpiece quality in order to solve the problem in 465Q connecting rod honing.Selecting the parameters of the honing process of 465Q connecting rod small end hole is briefly introduced.Tests are carried out for the parameter of honing process,which influence the main reasons of influencing the workpiece quality etc.,and useful experience has been accumulated.The proper parameters of honing are selected which may improve the precision of the manufacture quality,reduce cost,mend process arrangement of honing,promote efficiency and the service life of the parts.
