Determination of multi elements in phosphate rock with microwave digestion and filter paper sample preparation by XRF method

Experiments of microwave digestion condition of filter paper sample of phosphate rock and its preparation methods are conducted to find out the suitable digestion conditions and preparation method. Relative standard deviation of this method is 2.10%,which is with the high precision,good accuracy, the lower analysis cost than glass fuse piece method.
