Capacity of Witness of Unit should be Abolished

According to our country's witness rules, natural person or body can be witness in court. After investigation of the nature of witness, the witness statues of foreign countries, the way of presenting evidence and legal force of witness, it is concluded that it is natural person that can be witness and the body's capacity of witness should be abolished.
