Deep-processing Techniques of Serial Products of Wild Radix Pueraria in Xiangxi

By deep-processing, the physiological active components (total flavone) in Radix Pueraria were extracted from wild Radix Pueraria, and a number of products were developed such as Radix Pueraria wine, Radix Pueraria starch, Radix Pueraria soft sweets, Radix Pueraria jelly, Radix Pueraria ice cream and Radix Pueraria biscuit, etc.. The techniques and conditions of making each product and the characters of each product were discussed.
