Objective:To establish a method for determination of the content of gallic acid and chlorogenic acid in tangshang mixture.Method:The quantitative analysis was carried out by HPLC with a Inertsil C8-3 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid-tetrahydrofuran(14:85:1) with a flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1.Detection wavelength was 290nm.Results:The linear ranges for gallic acid and chlorogenic acid were 21.55~215.5μg·mL-1 and 25.45~254.5μg·mL-1 respectively.The average recoveries were 98.40% and 99.99%(n=6).Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate,with good repeatability and recovery.It is suitable for the determination of the content of gallic acid and chlorogenic acid in tangshang mixture.
