Based on the resource-based view,the authors of this paper construct a theoretical model that describes the relationship among organizational learning,knowledge innovation,dynamic capabilities and organizational performance.Then,the authors collected data from enterprises that come from the Pearl River Delta and tested the model with SEM.It is proved that dynamic capabilities impacts the organizational performance positively and directly,then knowledge innovation impacts the dynamic capabilities positively and directly.Moreover,the results show that organizational learning impacts the organizational performance indirectly by the knowledge innovation and dynamic capabilities.
