Application of quasi-LIGA process in fabrication of micro sensor

Quasi-LIGA technique has the advantages of bulk silicon microfabrication technique and LIGA technique. It can transfer the patterns onto the much thicker photoresist layer by common photolithography machine and large aspect ratio can be obtained. Thus the problem of illuminant of LIGA technique is solved. The process of quasi- LIGA technology, characteristics and applications are briefly presented.
