The derivation process of tooth profile equation of cycloidal pump,theoretical simulation and experimental analysis of static characteristics were introduced.The conversion method was used to obtain the tooth profile curve equation of cycloidal pump.A cycloidal pump was processed by using the tooth profile equation with design parameters.The static characteristics of the cycloidal pump were analyzed by theory and experiment in the low pressure.The results show that the tooth profile equation and simulation model of cycloidal pump are valid.
