Overview of Acculturation Research and Thinking

Acculturation is a major theme of cultural anthropology.At present,two categories about acculturation researches are mainly involved in domestic and foreign circles: one has explored theory aspects of acculturation,namely,concepts,the process of acculturation and acculturation strategies;the other has explored the relationship between acculturation and various mentalities.In this paper,some of the researches on acculturation have been made a review from the concept of acculturation,the process of acculturation strategies and other aspects of applied researches,and the problems about acculturation in domestic research circles have been proposed,hoping to promote domestic acculturation research and its development.
