摘要
A hybrid energy harvesting-storage device consisting of an anodic MoOx pseudocapacitive electrode monolithically integrated on the rear Al electrode of an industrial screen-printed Si solar cell is demonstrated. The Si solar cell can efficiently output power, and the MoOx pseudocapacitor can effectively mitigate the instability of solar energy by providing a buffer when the sunlight is insufficient, e.g., on cloudy days.
