摘要
3D stretchable and compressible conductors with high electrical conductivity and excellent mechanical stability are fabricated by electroless metal deposition of a thin layer of metals on chemically modified and 3D-interconnected polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) sponges. The elastic nature of PDMS materials and the flexibility of sponge-like structures open up an alternative path for the fabrication of high-performance electrical conductors for flexible electronics.
