摘要
Antimony selenide (Sb 2 Se 3 ) is a semiconductor with a suitable band gap, high absorption coefficient, better electrical and magnetic properties, safe for use, and low cost. Therefore, it has a broad range of applications in solar cells, photodetectors, batteries, memory devices, etc. There is constant strife to enhance the performance of these devices. In this review, all the essential basic properties, applications, and deposition techniques of Sb 2 Se 3 have been suggested. There is no review to date that explains optoelectrical properties and potential applications to the best of our knowledge.
