Synthesis of Polyisocyanate Oligmers and Modification to Waterborne Polyurethane

A oligmer of trimethylolpropane with dissociative isocyanate is synthesized from trimethylolpropane,hexamethenediisocyanat-e(HDI).Then,a polyurethane dispersion(PU)is created from the above oligmer,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polycarbonate-diol(PCD-1000),Polycaprolactone(PCL-2000),dimethylolpropylacid(DMPA).The influence of the adding amount of the oligmer with dissociative isocyanate on the syhnthesis and performance of the polyurethane are discussed.
