Synthesis and Recognition Properties of Fluoride Colorimetric Probe

A novel fluoride probe based on anthrone-indole derivative was designed and synthesized. The compound was confirmed by1 HNMR,ESI-MS,IR and elemental analyses. Anion properties of the probe were investigated by naked-color and UV-Vis spectra. The results indicated that probe could selectively and colorimetricaly recognize F-by naked-eye in DMSO. Using1 HNMR titration,the reaction mechanism of toward F-was discovered to be deprotonation process.
