The novel composite emulsion type organic silicon defoamer agent for food industry

The emulsion type organic silicon defoamer was prepared using a paste composed of dimethyl silicone and silicon dioxide as the main material,and the PESO were added,Span-Tween blend as emulsifying agent.The emulsification process was carried out under water phase condition in a conventional mixing device.The effect factors of defoamer properties,stability and capacity of defoamer agent were discussed.Due to the defoamer agent is nontoxic,so it can be used in the food industry.
