Analysis of short lactobacillus for children's bacterial vaginosis

Objective:To approach the relationship between short lactobacillus and diagnosis or viewing prognosis for women bacterial vaginosis.Methods:The vaginosis liquids of 229 children aged 3 ~15 and 108 women with bacterial vaginosis were smeared and analyzed to observe and count the bacters under the microscope.Results:The most bacters of women bacterial vaginosis were gardnrella vaginallis, bacteroides and variant vibrio,there were no lactobacillus; while that of control women were lactobacillus,lactobacillus and gardnrella vaginallis.Conclusion:The lactobacillus of women bacterial vaginosis is one of important method to diagnose bacterial vaginosis and evaluate the outcome.
