Effect of Grinding Fineness on Ilmenite Floatation

Grinding fineness has a great effect on ilmenite floatation.Appropriate grinding fineness can not only guarantee good monomer dissociation,but also avoid excessive grinding.Experimental studies have shown that,to give the consideration to the concentrate grade and recovery of ore used,grinding fineness with 85% ore share is the best when measured with standard of-0.074mm.
