Study on antioxidant activity of total flavonoids in nicandra physaloides extract

The enzymatic hydrolyzing condition was studied for flavonoids from Nicandra Physaloides.Flavonoid composition analysis was achieved by using TLC and HPLC-MS.According to experiment on free radical scavenging activity,that antioxidativity of samples incrdased in different degree after enzyme action.TLC and HPLC-MS shows four kinds of flavonoid aglycone:Morin、Taxifolin and Catechin.
