The therapeutic of hypertensive intracarebral hemorrhage by small bone flapcranitotomy

Objective To discuss the therapeutic of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by small bone flap craniotomy. Methods 17 patients were treated by small bone flap craniotomy.Results 12 cases got good clinical results and two cases died . Conclusion Small bone flap craniotomy surgery has a slight injury and assured effect in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage .
