Uniaxially Aligned Arrays Nanofibers with Electrospinning

One dimension(1D) nanofibers has been attracted by lots of scientists because of its unique photonic、electrical and magnetic properties.In this paper,three different kinds of instrument were used to produce 1D nanofibers by electrospinning polyacrylonitrile(PAN) with a concentration of 12%.Results of SEM showed that the instrument of two coppers needlepoint with constant gap exhibited the best uniaxially aligned arrays fiber.
