Photoaging and Its Mechanism

Human skin exposed under the daily sunlight from the ultraviolet UV radiation,and its long-term radiation can lead to Photoaging.In recent years air pollution is causing the ozone layer thinned,more ultraviolet radiation went through the atmosphere,and increasing skin damage.Skin-aging are demonstrated to be closely related to a variety of skin diseases and the incidence of skin cancer.This article summarized the photoaging caused by UV radiation and its mechanisms.
