Feasibility Study on Computer Steelmaking in Mini-medium BOF Plants

Process correction steelmaking by off-gas analysis system is a automatic steelmaking technology,that identified the decarburization results by off-gas analysis system,and used the decarburization results to correct the heat balance,then reached the purpose of improving end point carbon-temperature hitting rate.At present,if mini-medium BOF plants in our country adopt automatic steelmaking technology by using sublance system,there are still some restricted conditions,such as small mouth and high cost.However the technology for automatic steelmaking by off-gas analysis can avoid these problems,but also can promote the development of the dry dedusting technology.So this steelmaking technology will have a good future in mini-medium BOF plants in our country.
