Objective To know the potential role of atropine.Glaucoma can be induced by atropine is well-known medical problem.Methods 76 cases were intramuscular injected atropine.Results 76 cases of atropine-induced delayed onset glaucoma was mainly attributable to a neglected history and lack of understanding for the potential role of atropine.Atropine threated not only the autosomal dominant family of glaucoma but also the autosomal recessive family.Conclusion Clinical workers must look out potential energy of atropine.
