STUDIES ON IMMOBILIZATION OF GLUTATHIONE S-TRANSFERASES ENZYME

The research adopt the carries,which are put into with enzyme liquid and crossbonded with chitosan and glutaraldehyde,can absorb enzyme independent from this process glutathione S-transferases enzyme and immobilized enzyme.We research influence factor of activity of immobilized enzyme,including concentration of crossbonded reagent,dosages of enzyme,pH,temperature and time.The results show that the best conditions of immobilization glutathione S-transferases are concentration of glutaraldehyde 0.5%,pH7.0,temperature 20℃,time 12h,enzyme and chitosan 1 ∶1.Immobilization enzyme catalyzing and decomposing reaction time is 9h.In addition,stability and maneuverability immobilization enzyme are prior to free enzyme.
