A Study on Sort Mode of Law Talented Persons in University

In the paper the need and possibility of constructing the sort mode of Law Talented Persons in university is discussed.The approaches of materializing the sort mode,including the goal,curriculum system,teaching content,teaching method and instrument,sort of teachers and practice teaching mode are studied.
